I knew I didn’t trust dentists for a reason especially when they talk and spell in gangster slang, all these dentists do is ruin good healthy teeth, just try bicarbonate soda and lime, mix together to a slight paste and apply to toothbrush and brush, I found this to be most effective.

less than a month ago two top of field dentists and periodontics were on radio after a professional conference. Now after for years saying floss , floss, floss, they say the research has shown flossing either has no benefit or the benefit is negligible. Today on BBC the dentists were saying that dental check of every 6 months is excessive! basically so called science is not exact in anything. All the things which were good six months ago, today may proven are not good for us!
I am not a dentist, but I do have a powerful story about baking soda. I was visiting my next-door neighbor once, who was in her 80s and she was telling me this story about a time she was in the hospital to have surgery and the nurse said, “Mrs. Boswell, I need you to give me your teeth.” and she replied, “Well, I’d love to except their mine.” And the nurse said, “Now, Mrs. Boswell, you don’t need to be embarrassed. All people your age have false teeth.” My friend replied, “Well, you can try if you like.” The nurse then looked in her mouth and said, “For goodness sakes, those are your teeth!” to which Toggy replied, “I tried to tell you.” Afterwards, she told me that all she used to brush her teeth with her whole life was baking soda. This made more of an impression on me than any other advice could have. And from that day on, I began brushing my teeth with baking soda, and I love it.
We switched the whole family from manual to the Sonicare brushes maybe a year ago and saw a pretty radical improvement in gum health.
